Every effort has been made to portray the colours and components of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that images on our website exactly represent actual products or their packaging. The actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using; hence, we cannot guarantee that the online display of any colour will be completely accurate. There may also be some slight variances in product compositions due to the nature of ongoing product development and improvements.

4. Pricing

​

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) levied under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985. Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges.

Fitz Great Limited reserves the right to correct any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. Fitz Great Limited will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.

5. Delivery Charges

​

Delivery charges are not included in the prices disclosed for each product. Delivery charges are indicated in our Shipping Information Section.

You are responsible for any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered if that country is a country other than New Zealand.

​

We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions concerning delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.

6. Returns Policy

​

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is shipped. The returned product must be in its original packaging and condition. That is, the product must not be tried on or washed and the packaging cannot be altered. Returns are processed within 5 - 7 business days of us receiving the returns and the refund will be for the full value of the product, however, will not include delivery costs.

If the reason for returning the product is because it is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. In that case, we will send a replacement as soon as we receive the faulty product. The delivery costs involved in returning the faulty product and sending the replacement will be on us.

7. Exchange Policy

​

Although we aim to do our best, if for some reason you get your order and you realise that you got the wrong colour or size, we will happily exchange it for you. To exchange your product simply send us an email or give us a call and we will sort out the best solution for you.

You have a right under the Privacy Act 1993 to access any personal information held about you or to request us to delete any such information. By accepting these Terms of Use you are acknowledging that you have read and accept this Privacy Policy.

• You contact us via phone, email or through our website´s contact form.

We do not collect your financial information or retain credit card numbers used to purchase products or services as this information is collected by a financial institution that has their own privacy policy.
